The computer lab was nice and though I never used the pool, it seemed like a good place to chill. I lived in Camino for a year before moving back home because of COVID, and I genuinely liked it!! I had 4 bed 4.5 bath unit and it was worth the crazy high price imo. since it’s a space shared with more people, it’ll likely be noisier and messier a few times he found cockroaches running around the kitchen and once in his room he often had problems with the water - either the hot water ran out super fast or it would leak somewhere rent is cheaper than most, if not all other places feels like the on-campus dorms so you share a kitchen and halls with others My rent is $1115 monthly because of the big space and all the included appliances.Īs for my new roommate who lived in AV this past year, he has mentioned the following about his experience there: very quiet at night and as far as I can remember, there have been no reported crimes happening in this community outdoors there are patio areas with grills and there is a swimming pool by the office washing machine and dryer in your unit, so you don’t have to share with a bunch of people the only utilities you pay for is electricity, and it is covered by Camino for up to $40 per person, and then you split the rest with roommates if you have any If you rearrange the desk and bed setup a bit, you’ll get to fully optimize the space in your room instead of having a crammed desk space.
